Privacy Policy
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and contains no forms. This policy explains the small amount of information that still exists — server logs, the emails you send us, and the records that come with a paid engagement.

01Who we are
Novireli Technologies is operated by Novireli Technologies LLC (Wyoming limited liability company). Registered office: 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Correspondence about contracts, billing and legal notices should be sent to support@novireli.com and will be acknowledged in writing.
For questions about this policy, or to exercise any right described below, write to support@novireli.com.
02Scope of this policy
This policy covers personal information Novireli handles as a business: visitors to novireli.com, people who email us, and the contact and billing records associated with a client engagement.
It does not cover data that a client asks us to process inside their own systems during a project. That is dealt with in Client data we process and is governed by the signed agreement rather than by this page.
03What we collect
Visiting this website
We do not collect anything ourselves. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, no session cookie and no form on any page. Our hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, requested URL, timestamp, user agent, response status — to deliver the site and defend it against abuse. Those logs are held by the provider under its own retention schedule and we do not use them to build any profile of you.
Emailing us
If you write to one of our published addresses we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you choose to put in the message. Please do not send confidential documents, credentials or sensitive personal data in a first email.
Becoming a client
- Business contact details for the people we work with: name, work email, role, and telephone number if you give one
- Proposal, order form and change-order records
- Billing details needed to raise and reconcile an invoice, such as a company name, billing address and payment reference
- Project correspondence, meeting notes and the working documents produced during the engagement
We do not collect payment card numbers. When card payment becomes available, it will be handled by a regulated payment processor and the card details will go to that processor, not to us.
04Why we use it
- To answer you. Replying to an enquiry and quoting work you asked us to quote.
- To perform a contract. Delivering an engagement, raising invoices and keeping the records that go with it.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations. Tax, accounting and record keeping requirements that apply to a US business.
- To keep the site and our systems secure. Investigating abuse, errors and security reports.
We do not use personal information for advertising, profiling or automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not sell or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
06Service providers
We keep the list of third parties short, and we use them as service providers under contract rather than as recipients free to reuse your information.
- Website hosting. This site is hosted on Vercel, which serves pages and keeps the operational and security logs described above.
- Domain and email. Our novireli.com mailboxes run on a commercial business email provider. We will name the current provider on request.
- Accounting, banking and payments. Invoicing, banking and payment processing may involve regulated financial providers. The providers in use will be named in your order form before any invoice is issued.
- Model and cloud providers on client projects. Named in the proposal for that project, and used only within the scope the client approves.
07Client data we process
During an engagement a client may give us access to systems containing personal information about their own customers or staff. For that data the client is the controller and Novireli acts on their documented instructions.
- We ask for the minimum access needed, and prefer redacted or synthetic samples where they will do the job
- We do not use client data to train models, and we configure model providers to exclude project traffic from training where that option exists
- We do not use client data for our own purposes, including marketing or product development
- Working copies are deleted at the end of the engagement, or sooner on request, and access is revoked
Where a data processing agreement is required, it is signed alongside the proposal and its terms take precedence over this policy for that data.
09How long we keep it
- Enquiry emails that do not become an engagement: deleted within 24 months, or sooner on request
- Contracts, invoices and accounting records: retained for the period required by US tax and accounting rules, currently at least seven years
- Project correspondence and working documents: kept for the life of the engagement plus 12 months, unless the agreement says otherwise
- Copies of client data used for evaluation: deleted at the end of the engagement or on request, whichever comes first
10Security
Our practices are described in detail on the Security page, including the certifications we do not hold. In summary: least-privilege access, secrets kept in a secret manager, encrypted devices, multi-factor authentication, and prompt notification if something goes wrong. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
11Your rights and choices
Wherever you are, you can ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for a particular purpose. Email support@novireli.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Residents of California and other US states with comprehensive privacy laws have specific rights to know, delete, correct and to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of, and we do not discriminate against anyone who exercises a privacy right — there are no different prices or service levels for doing so.
To protect you, we will verify a request by replying to the email address already on record before acting on it. An authorised agent may make a request on your behalf with written proof of authority.
12Location of processing
Novireli works remotely, and some of our providers store or process data in the United States and other regions they disclose. If you contact us, your information may therefore be processed outside the country where you live. We do not currently target services at individuals in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom; where we do work with organisations located there, the terms are set out in the signed agreement.
13Children
Our services are sold to businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to support@novireli.com and we will delete it.
14Changes to this policy
This is version 1.0, effective September 11, 2026. When the policy changes we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes — a new category of data, a new purpose, or the introduction of any tracking — will be described plainly, and active clients will be notified by email.
15Contact
Privacy questions, rights requests, and security matters: support@novireli.com.
Legal notices may also be sent to the registered office stated on this site. Email is the preferred channel for requests under this policy and will be acknowledged in writing.
