[ 00 ]Applied AI studioRemote-first, serving US businesses

Applied AI for the unglamorous work that keeps a business running.

Novireli Technologies designs and builds practical software for independent businesses and small teams: internal tools, workflow systems, and AI features that are measured against your real cases before anyone calls them finished.

The shape of most systems we build: retrieve your context, let a model propose, apply rules, and route anything uncertain to a person instead of guessing.

Novireli is a new studio. There are no client logos, invented metrics or testimonials on this site, and nothing here can be purchased on the spot. Every engagement begins with a conversation and a written proposal.

[ 01 ]What we offer

Three ways to work together, each with a defined end.

Start narrow. A diagnostic tells you whether a build is worth funding, a sprint proves it in weeks, and an ongoing engagement exists for the work that keeps going after launch.
[ 01 ]Timeline agreed per project

Workflow Diagnostic

A fixed-scope review of one business workflow, ending in a written plan that says what to automate, what to leave alone, and what it would cost to build.

Custom quote

Fixed scope and fee, agreed in writing before work begins.

What it includes
[ 02 ]Milestone-based timeline

Prototype Sprint

A working system in weeks, not quarters. We build the narrow slice that proves the idea, deploy it somewhere private, and hand you the code.

Custom quote

The scope, milestones and fixed fee are set out in a written proposal before work begins.

What it includes
[ 03 ]Monthly, with terms agreed in writing

Ongoing Engineering

A continuing engineering relationship for teams with a roadmap: feature work, hardening, integrations, and the unglamorous maintenance that keeps AI systems honest.

Custom quote

Monthly retainer scoped to an agreed capacity. Time-and-materials and fixed-scope project pricing are also available.

What it includes
Full service detail

Prices shown are indicative. The figure in your signed proposal is the figure you pay.

[ 02 ]How engagements work

A short path from first call to working software.

No discovery phase that quietly becomes a quarter. Each stage has a date, a deliverable, and a decision you get to make at the end of it.
  1. 0130 min

    Intro call

Thirty minutes. You describe the work; we say plainly whether this is something we should build, something you should buy off the shelf, or something nobody should automate yet.

  2. 022–4 days

    Written proposal

Scope, price, timeline, assumptions and exclusions in writing. Nothing starts on a verbal agreement, and the proposal is the document that governs the work.

  3. 032–5 weeks

    Diagnostic or sprint

Either a fixed-scope diagnostic that ends in a plan, or a sprint that ends in working software. Both have a defined end date and a defined deliverable.

  4. 04Per milestone

    Build, review, measure

Weekly demos against your real cases. Quality is reported with an evaluation set rather than described as 'accurate'. Scope changes are quoted, not absorbed silently.

  5. 05Ongoing

    Handover or continue

Code, configuration and documentation are yours throughout. You either take it in-house, stop, or move to an ongoing engagement. All three are normal outcomes.

Contracting

Written proposal or order form, signed before work starts.

Reporting

Weekly demo and a written status you can forward to anyone.

Ownership

Code lives in your repository and belongs to you throughout.

[ 03 ]Representative systems

What this looks like when it is built.

Four patterns we are set up to deliver. Each describes a real category of problem and the way we would approach it.

These are illustrative examples of work Novireli can deliver, written to show our approach. They are not case studies, and they do not describe completed client projects.

Example APrototype Sprint scale

Quote and proposal assistant

The problem
A small services team rewrites the same proposal from scratch for every enquiry, and pricing drifts between people.
What we would build
A drafting tool that reads the enquiry, pulls the closest past proposals and current rate card, and produces a first draft with the numbers already filled in. A person edits and sends; nothing goes out automatically.
  • Next.js app
  • Document store + retrieval
  • LLM drafting with citation of source clauses
  • Human approval step
Example BDiagnostic, then a small sprint

Inbox triage and routing

The problem
A shared inbox receives hundreds of mixed messages a week: support, billing, sales, spam. Everything is read by a human before it is sorted.
What we would build
A classifier that labels, summarises and routes messages, with a confidence threshold: below it, the message is queued for a person rather than guessed at. Every decision is logged and reviewable.
  • Mail API integration
  • Classification with an evaluation set
  • Rules layer for anything regulated
  • Audit log
Example CPrototype Sprint scale

Document intake to structured records

The problem
Invoices, purchase orders and forms arrive as PDFs and photos, and someone retypes them into a system of record.
What we would build
An intake pipeline that extracts fields, validates them against known constraints, flags anything uncertain for review, and writes clean records only after checks pass.
  • Extraction pipeline
  • Validation rules
  • Review queue UI
  • Idempotent writes to your system of record
Example DSprint, then ongoing engineering

Internal answer engine

The problem
Policies, contracts and how-to knowledge live across drives, wikis and old threads. New staff ask the same questions for months.
What we would build
A search and answer tool scoped to your own documents, which cites the source passage for every answer and respects existing permissions rather than flattening them.
  • Permission-aware indexing
  • Retrieval with citations
  • Answer quality evaluation
  • Usage and cost dashboard

[ 04 ]Security principles

Practices we follow, stated without badges we have not earned.

Novireli holds no security certifications today. Rather than imply otherwise, here is exactly how we handle access, data and model providers.

No certification claims

We do not hold SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA or PCI attestations, and we will say so directly if your procurement process requires one.

Read the security page →

Least access, granted late

We ask for the narrowest access that completes the work, prefer sandbox and test credentials, and request production access only when a task genuinely requires it.

Your data is not training data

We do not use client data to train models, and we configure model providers to use zero-retention or no-training options where those options exist for the chosen provider.

Secrets stay in secret managers

Credentials live in the platform's secret storage or your own vault. They are not committed to repositories, pasted into chat tools, or sent by email.

Humans stay in the loop where it matters

Systems that affect money, contracts, customers or compliance are designed with an approval step and a confidence threshold, not left to decide alone.

Auditable by design

Model calls, inputs and decisions are logged so that any output can be traced to what produced it. Retention windows are agreed with you rather than assumed.

Clean exit

Access is revoked at the end of an engagement, working copies of your data are deleted on request, and you keep the code and documentation.

[ 05 ]Pricing

A clear quote, fixed in writing before we start.

Every engagement is scoped and quoted before work begins. There is no checkout on this site and no charge is made until a proposal is signed.

Workflow Diagnostic

Teams who suspect AI or automation could help but do not want to fund a build to find out.

Custom quote

Timeline agreed per project

Prototype Sprint

Founders and operators who need something real in front of users before committing to a full build.

Custom quote

Milestone-based timeline

Ongoing Engineering

Businesses running software that needs to keep improving, or a prototype that earned the right to become a product.

Custom quote

Monthly, with terms agreed in writing

[ 06 ]Questions

The things people actually ask first.

Are you a new company?

Yes. Novireli Technologies is a new studio and we do not publish client logos, case studies or testimonials we have not earned. What we publish is the scope we can deliver, the price, and how the work runs. If you need a long reference list, we are probably not the right fit yet.

Can I buy something on this site right now?

No. There is no checkout here and nothing is charged automatically. Every engagement starts with a call and a written proposal, and work begins only after that proposal is signed.

Who owns the code you write?

You do. We work in your repository where possible, and ownership of the deliverables transfers to you as set out in the signed proposal. We keep no exclusive rights over work built for you.

How do you handle accuracy? Can you guarantee the AI will be right?

No, and neither can anyone else. Language models are probabilistic. What we can do is measure quality against a set of your real cases, publish that measurement to you, and design the system so uncertain cases go to a person instead of being guessed at.

Do you hold any security certifications?

Not today. We follow the security practices described on our Security page, and we say so plainly rather than implying a certification we do not hold. If your procurement process requires SOC 2 or ISO 27001 from a vendor, we will tell you up front that we cannot meet that requirement yet.

What does an engagement cost in total?

Every engagement is scoped and quoted in writing before work begins. The price in the signed proposal is the price you pay, and there are no automatic charges through this website.

What if we want to stop?

Fixed-scope work can be cancelled in writing, and you pay for completed and in-progress milestones as defined in the proposal. Monthly notice terms are also agreed in writing. Details are on the Refunds and Cancellation page.

Do you work outside the United States?

Our focus is US-based businesses and we keep US business hours. We will consider work elsewhere when time zones and contracting allow, but we will say no rather than take an engagement we cannot support properly.

[ 07 ] Next step

Tell us the workflow that costs you the most time.

Thirty minutes is usually enough to know whether this is worth building. If it is not, we will say so on the call.

What to include

  • The workflow, in a sentence or two
  • Roughly how often it happens, and who does it today
  • The systems it touches
  • Any date you are working towards

We review new enquiries during published working hours and reply as availability permits. Monday to Friday, with scheduled US Eastern Time overlap.
